Kayange, French student from Tanzania, has integrated the 100% English Bachelor’s degree of Rennes SB

Kayange Bervas, an IBPM 1st year student in the Track 100% in English, talks about his experience.

Resolutely cosmopolitan, Rennes SB facilitates the integration of French students based abroad by offering competition sessions directly in institutions abroad. Last year, Kayange was a student at the French high school of Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania. He passed the entrance examination at his school in order to  join the Rennes SB Undergraduate Programme “IBPM” in which he is pursuing today courses in the 100% English section.

He has recently returned to his former school to talk about this Bachelor’s degree and to provide advices to young people seeking career guidance.

Why did you choose to attend a Bachelor (IBPM) at Rennes School of Business?

“Graduated from the Baccalaureat of the French High School of Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania, I decided to join the International Bachelor Programme in Management of Rennes School of Business because I wanted to pursue a career in the business world and work abroad in the future. I had the opportunity to pass the entrance examination directly from my school in Tanzania, which included an interview and two written tests. ”

What do you like about the Bachelor programme?

“Since January 3rd 2019, I am doing a two-month internship in a sector that attracts me because it’s my passion: kitesurfing. After only a first year and 4 months of courses, I will already gain professional experience and more importantly, be able to refine my career project! I will then return to class in the IBPM’s 100% English Track, which allows me to practice and perfect my current English. And also to learn more about the world and different cultures thanks to my classmates and teachers from all over the world !”
