Laura Noval, new Associate Professor in Management & Organisation

At the beginning of the 2021-2022 academic year, the School has welcomed 11 new professors. We are pleased to introduce these new members of our community, continuing this week with Laura Noval.

We are pleased to continue the introduction of our eleven new professors today with the appointment of Dr Laura Noval as Associate Professor in Management and Organisation. Laura graduated with a PhD in Social Sciences from Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) in Austria, (2011-2015).

Laura started as a Prae-doc Research Associate at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien), Austria, (2011-2015). Next, she became a Post-doctoral Research Associate, also at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien), Austria, (2015-2017), before continuing as an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behavior at the Imperial College Business School in London, UK (2017-2021).

Her research is mostly based on: behavioural business ethics, motivated reasoning, mindfulness and meta-awareness and identity and ego-threat.

We are very pleased to have her join our faculty and wish her a very successful start to this new academic year. Welcome, Laura!
