More than 2,600 attendees at Rennes School of Business’ Graduation Ceremony

On June 15, 2019, a total of 1,684 students from Rennes School of Business will graduate, joining the 13,200 alumni who now hold positions of high responsibility in many different fields.

This annual ceremony – the largest in terms of number of graduates in the Brittany region – will take place (for the seventh time in a row) at Le Liberté, in Rennes. Bringing together more than 70 different nationalities, this year – for the first time – it will be organized, in two stages: Bachelor and PhD programs in the morning, and Grande Ecole Program and Masters of Science in the afternoon. It  will be chaired by Mr François Châtel, President, and Mr Thomas Froehlicher, General Director and Dean of Rennes School of Business.

On this occasion, more than 2,600 people will be gathered together, a number that has never been reached before for this ceremony.  The group will be made up of the young graduates and their families, teachers, as well as business leaders, local elected representatives and regional personalities. Each graduate, wearing the traditional gown, will be individually welcomed on stage. This is a recognition of the success and commitment of all the students, throughout their course.

The ceremony will also be an opportunity to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the successful International Bachelor Programme in Management, with its 649 graduates.

Let’s celebrate !

The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail, and then – for graduates – by the traditional Gala Party, organized by the Alumni Association.
