Best Paper Award at the EURAM annual conference: recognition for the EMBA programme at Rennes School of Business
William Limousin, a graduate of the Executive MBA programme at Rennes School of Business, won the Best Paper Award at the EURAM conference. The article, co-authored with Laurent Scaringella and Morgane Scaringella, explained the impact of environmental awareness and ambidexterity on environmental performance in the mining sector.
Rennes School of Business is pleased to announce that William Limousin, a graduate top of the Executive MBA, received the Best Paper Award at the annual EURAM (European Academy of Management) conference. This award was granted in the Strategic Management General Track category, for an article co-authored with Laurent Scaringella, professor at Rennes SB, and Morgane Scaringella.
Research for Sustainability
The award-winning paper, entitled “Knowledge sharing and ambidexterity toward environmental performance in the mining sector: The mediating roles of psychological empowerment and environmental consciousness,” explores the link between environmental awareness and the individual ambidexterity of 243 employees, as well as how these two dimensions influence the environmental performance of ten factories owned by a major lime plaster producer.

This award is a double recognition: it acknowledges the quality of the academic work carried out by the authors, while also highlighting the pedagogical originality of the EMBA programme at Rennes SB.
