Integrated into Rennes School of Business in 2010 with Class of 2011, Léa specialized in International Marketing and earned a Double Degree MSc in International Marketing. Supported by the Jean Goubin Foundation, she went on an Erasmus exchange in Madrid and completed a gap year in a Design & Marketing agency in Paris. Graduating top of her class, she began her career at Red Bull, taking on sales and marketing responsibilities that allowed her to travel and grow in dynamic environments.
In 2017, she moved to New York for a V.I.E. in the Food sector, before embracing a new path marked by entrepreneurship, mentoring, and teaching alternative practices such as Mindfulness and Reiki. Today, after several years between Canada, Mexico, and Asia, she has returned to France to further develop her activity. A unique journey guided by the search for meaning and the desire to support others.
What is your current activity?
Facilitating human transformation, guiding life transitions, and inspiring global balance while reconnecting with our heart’s impulses and reintroducing authentic and stabilizing ancestral practices into daily life — this is my current role. It’s the one I chose five years ago, one that suits me and energizes me every day!
I work on multiple levels: individual, collective, and professional, activating my tools and resources (emotional intelligence, conscious leadership, mindfulness, meditation, group workshops, Reiki, free expression therapy, and writing…) to meet specific needs.
We work with the key to many things in life: our state of being NOW, who we are when we act NOW. This energy, this dynamic, and the frequency from which we operate in the present moment allows us to take responsibility in our daily lives and optimize our life experience — both professionally and personally. From there, everything unfolds…
I wanted to create a lifestyle and activity that would allow me to serve others, have a positive impact on the world, lead change, while also feeling free to express my ideas to those open to receiving them — and to travel the world. Mission accomplished!
What is your greatest achievement?
Daring to let go of everything, change everything, start from scratch! To swim against the current of norms, to completely shift my career and life at 30, and rebuild it all from zero — abroad — in alignment with my values, strengths, and deepest aspirations. And to do it without looking back, without doubting, without hesitation. I hope to inspire those around me to do the same: to believe in their dreams, even the wildest ones, and to expand their comfort zones!
In your opinion, what is the importance of networking in general? And of the Alumni network in particular?
We’ve all evolved since our studies, and so have our skills. At the heart of every profession remains the human being. Our common ground is feeling emotions, navigating life’s challenges, constantly moving and transforming, and searching for solutions — often even creating them. So, how can we combine our ideas and grow together?
I believe it’s not necessary to do everything at once. If each of us focuses on our field and expertise, together we can complement one another and create great things!
How are you concretely involved in the Alumni network?
I am currently creating workshops and resources to support both personal and professional initiatives.
Your best encounter at Rennes School of Business?
Friends with whom I’m still in touch today!
What advice would you give to a recent graduate?
Find your life balance, simplify your life, and stay true to your values in the present moment. But also allow yourself to be carried by opportunities, surprises, and the unexpected. Dare to take initiative and choose a path — because every path leads us where we are meant to be, to experiences that help us grow, and to doors that will open!
Our intuition plays a key role in this process. We all have this inner compass to guide us — and if we dare to trust it, it leads us to beautiful horizons.
Do you have a hidden passion/talent?
Intuition… feeling things without them being said or shown.
The final word?
Perhaps a question: In 10 years, when you look back, what might you regret not having accomplished, created, or experienced today?
