Léa joined Rennes School of Business in 2010 as part of the Class of 2011. Coming from a modest background, her scholarship was a real springboard to higher education in International Marketing, where she obtained a Double MSc in International Marketing. Supported by the Jean Goubin Foundation, she went on an Erasmus trip to Madrid and spent a year in a Design & Marketing agency in Paris. Top of her class, she began her career with Red Bull, where she held positions of responsibility in sales and marketing, enabling her to travel and evolve in stimulating environments.

In 2017, she flew to New York as part of a V.I.E. in the Food industry, before embracing a new path marked by entrepreneurship, mentoring and teaching alternative practices such as Mindfulness and Reiki. After several years spent between Canada, Mexico and Asia, she is now back in France to further develop her business. A singular journey, guided by the quest for meaning and the desire to accompany others.

What is your current activity?

Facilitating human transformation, accompanying life transitions and inspiring global balance, while connecting with the impulses of our heart and (re)putting authentic, stabilizing ancestral resources and practices at the heart of our daily lives – that’s my current role. In any case, it’s the one I’ve chosen for the past 5 years, the one that suits me and gives me energy on a daily basis! I coach at different levels: individual, group & professional, activating my tools and resources (emotional intelligence, conscious leadership, mindfulness, meditation, group workshops, Reiki, free expression and writing therapy…) to serve individual and personal needs. We work with the key to many things in life: “our state of being NOW“, “who we are when we do NOW”.
This energy, this dynamic and the frequency from which we operate in the present moment to empower ourselves in our daily lives and optimize our life experience (pro, perso). That’s where it all starts, it seems to me… I wanted to create a lifestyle and activity that would enable me to be both of service and have a positive impact on the world, leading change, but also to feel free and able to express my ideas to those who wish to receive them, and to travel the world. I’ve done it!

What’s your greatest achievement?

I dared to drop everything, change everything and start again! To dare to swim against the tide, to turn my entire career and life upside down at the age of 30, to start afresh and build a life that is in tune with my values, my strengths and my deepest aspirations, and abroad. And to do so without looking back, questioning or holding myself back. And I hope to inspire the people around me to do the same, to believe in their dreams, even the most distant ones, and to expand their comfort zone!

In your opinion, what is the value of networking in general? The Alumni network in particular?

We’ve all evolved since our studies, and so have our skills. The core of each profession remains human. What we have in common, then, is that we all feel emotions, navigate life’s problems, are constantly on the move and changing, and seek solutions, often even creating them: so at the heart of all this, how can we combine our ideas and enrich each other? I don’t think it’s necessary to be a jack-of-all-trades, but if we each focus on our own area of expertise, together we can complement each other and create great things!

In concrete terms, how do you get involved in the Alumni network?

I’m in the process of creating workshops and resources to support our personal and professional initiatives.

Your best encounter thanks to Rennes School of Business?

Friends I’m still in touch with today!

What advice would you give to a recent graduate?

Find your life balance, simplify your life, and stay true to your values, in the present moment. But also let yourself be carried along by the opportunities of the moment, the surprises and the unexpected. Dare to undertake and choose a path, because all paths lead to where we need to be, to live what is right for us to grow, and will open doors for us! Our intuitions are also very important in this process. We all have this compass within us to guide us, and if we dare to trust it, it will lead us to beautiful horizons!

Do you have a hidden passion/talent?

Intuition…feeling things without them being said or shown…

Anyfinal words?

A question might be: 10 years from now, looking back, what might you regret not having accomplished, created or experienced right now?
