The course is built around a pragmatic approach: advance preparation with tools and videos, a face-to-face day to teach the fundamentals and practical workshops, followed by follow-up webinars to consolidate what has been learned and work on concrete projects.

Module 1 – Face-to-face in Paris

Discover the fundamental principles of organisational design, analyse concrete cases and apply Galbraith’s star model to your own transformation challenge, with personalised feedback from Chris Worley and guest experts.

Module 2 – Webinar

Exploration of matrix organisations and structures, identification of the positive role of conflict in their performance, individual and group coaching on participants’ projects.

Module 3 – Webinar

Acquisition of methods for managing and implementing a new organisational design, integration of change management tools on a global scale, coaching focused on your real challenges.
