Programme

The learning structure combines core courses, thematic seminars, experiential learning, and applied projects. You will complete modules in strategy, finance, operations, marketing, leadership, and CSR, complemented by an international Learning Expedition and two capstone elements: a Group Consulting Project (real-world mission) and a Graduating Project (publication-level paper) designed to anchor your skills in managerial practice.

Modules

Changing global environment.

You will put the economy, geopolitics and the sustainability transition into perspective, then construct a holistic view to inform managerial decision-making.

Corporate strategies for long-term performance.

You will analyse planetary boundaries, rethink marketing and customer insights in a post-consumerist era, and integrate IT in service of net zero.

Financial and operations management.

You will apply international sustainability standards in reporting and financial accounting, embed ESG criteria into management control, and lead responsible operations.

Leading high-performing organisations.

You will strengthen intentional leadership, intercultural cooperative negotiation, and agile change management.

Applying management skills and knowledge.

You will combine “glocal” strategy, influence communication, coaching, Serious Games and consulting missions for immediate, hands-on impact.

Experiential learning approach and assessment methods:

Case studies, oral presentations, small-group work, role plays and computer simulations all play an important role in the programme.

Admission and support

The admissions process is personalised (evaluation of your project, application file, interview with the Programme Director, weekly admissions committee, decision within 3 days). The team supports you with funding options and formalities.
Expected profile: at least 5 years’ professional experience including 3 years in functional/general management, an undergraduate degree (or equivalent through experience), proficiency in English (TOEIC 790+), and strong commitment.
