Over two days, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic learning environment that combines theoretical input, concrete use cases and stimulating exchanges with experts in the field. Each sequence is designed to enable you to immediately relate the concepts covered to your own HR challenges, so that you can leave with ideas that you can apply as soon as you return to your company.

The programme alternates between moments of inspiration and practical application: lectures, tool demonstrations, real-life case studies, and collaborative workshops to test and challenge your ideas with peers from a variety of sectors. Day 1: Fundamentals and initial HR applications

An immersion to understand what AI really is, its recent developments and how it is transforming the role of HR. Through concrete examples and targeted demonstrations, you will explore new ways to optimise your practices and enrich the employee experience.

Day 2: From vision to action

A day devoted to strategic thinking and taking action. You will identify the risks, legal issues and levers for action to build a credible and realistic HR AI strategy. You will leave with the first elements of a personalised roadmap.
