Designed as an intensive and interactive course, IA4HR offers much more than just an introduction to the concepts of Artificial Intelligence. Over two days, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic learning environment that combines theoretical input, concrete use cases and stimulating exchanges with experts in the field. Each sequence is designed to enable you to immediately relate the concepts covered to your own HR challenges, so that you can leave with ideas that you can apply as soon as you return to your company.
The programme alternates between moments of inspiration and practical application: lectures, tool demonstrations, real-life case studies, and collaborative workshops to test and challenge your ideas with peers from a variety of sectors. This approach promotes a comprehensive understanding of the impact of AI on the HR function, while giving you the keys to build your own strategic roadmap, tailored to your organisational context.
