Combining preventive health and sustainable leadership

Behind every successful organisation are leaders who are capable of inspiring others, but also of taking care of themselves as well as their teams. However, one in five managers today is at risk of burnout, highlighting the urgent need to rethink our leadership models.

The Leader-Fit programme responds to this challenge by putting people back at the heart of performance. Designed by Rennes School of Business in partnership with Zoī, a pioneering start-up in preventive health, it combines well-being, resilience and managerial skills to offer decision-makers a profoundly transformative experience.

Programme

Leader-Fit is structured as a progressive 4-month course, alternating between masterclasses, immersive experiences, coaching and individualised support. Each stage combines preventive health and leadership in order to anchor learning in managerial practice in the long term.

Over the course of these four modules, participants move from individual awareness to collective transformation. The approach is based on a unique combination of a personalised health check-up, masterclasses led by certified doctors and coaches, and collaborative workshops in a real-life context.

Month 1 – Sustainable leadership

This first stage begins the journey with an in-depth health check-up and a leadership questionnaire. Participants discover the basics of sustainable performance through a ‘Peak Performance’ masterclass and benefit from group coaching provided by recognised experts.

Month 2 – Self-leadership

The focus is on self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Participants explore practical tools for managing stress, paradoxes and their personal resources. A ‘Well-being & Performance’ masterclass allows them to experiment with concrete levers for strengthening psychological and physical balance.

Month 3 – Team Leadership

This stage highlights the collective dimension of leadership: team cohesion, managing the unexpected, rituals that promote collective resilience. The ‘Engaging and Motivating in Uncertainty’ masterclass provides keys to maintaining momentum and motivation in complex environments.

Month 4 – Collective Leadership

The programme concludes with a co-development exercise and a retrospective to consolidate learning. Participants are introduced to systems thinking and sustainable transformation. A masterclass entitled ‘Mindfulness and Final Review’ helps to reinforce what has been learned and look ahead to the future.

A strategic partnership with Zoī

The Leader-Fit programme was designed in partnership with Zoī, an innovative start-up specialising in preventive health. This collaboration is a major asset: it guarantees participants a scientific and up-to-date approach to leader health, combined with the academic and pedagogical expertise of Rennes School of Business.

This partnership enhances the programme’s added value in three ways:

Scientific expertise: contributions from doctors and preventive health specialists, combined with personalised monitoring tools.

Hands-on experience: health check-ups carried out at Paris Vendôme and on-the-ground support from coaches with a background in high-level sport.

Integrated vision: a programme that links individual well-being, collective performance and organisational transformation.
