Our campuses
Our campuses in Rennes and Paris welcome students in environments conducive to success.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, Rennes School of Business takes proactive measures against all forms of discrimination. The aim is to guarantee every student, regardless of their situation, the best conditions for academic and professional success.
Welcoming students with disabilities or long-term illnesses is at the heart of this approach. The school has therefore developed a support policy based on three main areas:
Rennes School of Business is committed to ensuring that its campuses are functional and inclusive. The buildings in Rennes and Paris have been adapted to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility or specific disabilities, guaranteeing them access to buildings, lecture theatres, classrooms, catering, relaxation and sports facilities.
These architectural inclusion efforts are part of a process of continuous improvement, in consultation with students and inclusion experts.
Any student concerned can, upon request, receive specific personalised support from the dedicated team of the Feel Good programme. The aim is to adjust the academic pathway according to health or mobility needs, in complete confidentiality.
The procedure is simple: a confidential appointment with the Feel Good team triggers the implementation of appropriate measures, validated on the basis of a simplified file.
Rennes SB also takes action in the areas of prevention and education within its community. Far from limiting itself to an administrative response, the school promotes an inclusive vision of disability, whether visible or invisible.
To break down prejudices and promote a better understanding of the realities of life with a disability, RSB organises the following every year:
A disability advisor is based at Rennes School of Business to coordinate procedures, answer students’ questions and liaise between students, teaching staff, the administration and external partners, ensuring consistent and compassionate support. All discussions are confidential and personalised.

Support does not stop at schooling. Rennes SB also ensures that it:
Workshops, personalised coaching and events linked to the Career Centre reinforce this approach.
Rennes School of Business is continuing its inclusive transformation through structural projects based on its founding values: openness, respect and diversity. Every action taken to accommodate disabilities reflects a strong ambition: to make the school a place of equal opportunities, where everyone can realise their potential.
Because inclusion is a source of richness, Rennes School of Business is committed to creating a school that reflects the world its students will transform.
The welcome given to people with disabilities at Rennes School of Business is not limited to administrative measures: it is a genuine human and educational commitment. By combining accessibility, attentiveness and personalised support, the school creates an environment that is conducive to the development of all its talents, without distinction. This dynamic fully reflects its DNA: Unframed Thinking.
