The Bachelor in Management at Rennes School of Business is a three-year post-baccalaureate programme, available as a full-time or alternance/apprenticeship option, leading to a Bachelor in Management and an RNCP Level 6 Diploma. This international, academic and professional programme trains agile and innovative profiles, with immersion in international management, a strong intercultural dimension, applied courses, business experience and international opportunities. It prepares students for careers in management, international trade and project management, with personalised support in a stimulating educational environment. It is possible to enter the programme directly in BIM3.

International Country Managers
The Bachelor in Management offers a comprehensive introduction to the business world, combining essential management skills with an international perspective. Through real-world learning and multicultural immersion, the programme prepares students for global career opportunities or further studies in Master’s or MSc programmes. It is designed for high school graduates, students seeking a new direction and those wishing to build a strong foundation in management.
Year 1
Language of study: 100% English (track-specific)
A foundational year introducing students to the core principles of business and management while developing essential academic and interpersonal skills.
Year 2
A year focused on strengthening analytical, digital and international business skills while applying concepts to real-world situations.
Year 3
Language of study: 100% English
A fully international year allowing students to develop advanced expertise and prepare for employment or further studies.

The Rennes School of Business Entrepreneurship track offers structured, professional support to students wishing to develop an entrepreneurial project. Integrated into the Innostart incubator, this programme enables students to formalise an idea, test its viability and develop it in an environment conducive to innovation.

Methods and Evaluation
The pedagogy implemented in the different modules is adapted to the different learning objectives. Active teaching methods are favoured, and co-modal methods are developed. Group sizes are small, allowing for privileged interaction, both among peers and with professionals and professors. The programme is assessed through two main methods:
At the end of the course and after validation of the continuous assessment and the professional dissertation, the Bachelor in Management, RNCP Level 6, is awarded to participants. If certain modules have not been validated and therefore the credits have not been obtained, the student can take a resit exam to catch up on these credits during the periods reserved for this purpose.
The award of the certification is conditional upon the validation of all competency blocks according to the chosen track, and proof of the required weeks of professional experience in the targeted field.
Each validated year allows the acquisition of 60 ECTS credits.
