Exchange – Level 5

Students joining the Exchange Programme at Level 5 attend modules from the second and final year of the Master in Management. They take general management courses and specialise in a specific track. They are mixed with local students in their fifth and final year of studies.

Key dates and Requirements

Academic Calendar:

  • Fall semester: Beginning of September – End of December
  • Spring semester: Mid-January – End of April

Admission Requirements:

  • 180 ECTS in Business studies OR a minimum of 3 years of undergraduate education in Business for UG Level 5

Language Requirements:

  • Minimum B2 level in English (except native English speakers)
  • Students must be able to understand lessons, make oral presentations, write reports and complete examinations

Course Selection and Credit System

  • Credit System: ECTS (European Transfer Credit System)
  • Standard Workload: 30 ECTS per semester
  • Business Courses: Minimum 27 ECTS, up to 32 ECTS including optional language modules
  • 30 ECTS ≈ 15 US credits or 60 UK credits
  • Course choices depend on home institution requirements, career plan, prerequisites, course availability, and personal schedule
  • Students are contacted by email in June to choose their courses
