The governance of a leading business school reflects its vision and strategy in the economic, technological and societal spheres. Rennes School of Business is based on pluralistic, committed and experienced governance, combining strategic thinking, territorial openness and responsiveness.

A balanced and diverse governance structure

Rennes School of Business’s governance is based on several bodies which, under the leadership of a chairman and an executive director, structure decision-making and the implementation of strategic guidelines:

  • The Executive Board: responsible for operational management.
  • The Supervisory Board: responsible for ensuring the long-term vision.
  • The members associated with the General Assembly: a consultative body responsible for mobilising the network.
  • The Tech Strategy Board: ensures the relevance of digital skills.

Tech Advisory Board

  • The Tech Advisory Board is composed of seven members who hold senior positions, mainly in cutting-edge technology, in companies from various sectors.
