Summer Programme – Cross-Cultural Management

This module helps you navigate and succeed in multicultural environments. You’ll explore how culture influences international business, learn practical frameworks for understanding global behaviours, and build strong communication, teamwork, and management skills across cultures

Programme

This two-week Summer Programme includes 27 contact hours at Rennes School of Business, and personal study time to socialise and work with the other students on your course.  Students will develop their environmental and social awareness and sharpen their problem-solving, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills during team projects in a multicultural learning environment.

The learning content provides an integrated view of how responsible managers can address key environmental and social concerns.  Students will examine the issues affecting key stakeholders in addition to two specific problems facing the planet – the proliferation of plastic and fast fashion.
