Our Reverse Mentoring sessions are entirely tailor-made, based on your business lines, your tools and the level of acculturation of your teams.

Co-developed with your HR or Digital teams, they take place directly on your premises, lasting from half a day to a full day depending on your needs, and are aimed at all your employees, regardless of their profession, role or hierarchical level. The student facilitators are trained in advance in the use of generative artificial intelligence and corporate pedagogy, ensuring concrete and appropriate exchanges.
