Dr Clement Longondjo is Assistant Professor of Sustainable Management. He earned his Ph.D. in 2020 from Rennes School of Business, France, and was a visiting fellow at ISEN Ouest Engineering School.
Prior to joining Rennes SB as permanent Faculty member, he was an Adjunct Professor at IGR, Universite de Rennes and at Institut Mines – Telekom Business School. His research interests revolve around the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Economics, Sustainable Development and Waste Management and Recycling. He has experience teaching classes at different levels (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, executive) in the areas of corporate social responsibility, business ethics, climate change and environmental challenges. He has been involved in several research projects and has published several peer reviewed articles, chapters in books in world high ranked journals such as Journal of Business Ethics and organization studies. He has been involved in several national projects in South Africa and Republic Democratic of Congo. As an internationally recognized expert, He has advised companies and public institutions in sustainable waste management and the implementation of Agenda 2030 at local level. Prior to joining academia, He worked for several years in the research consulting sector.
