Dr Marco Michelotti is a full professor in human resources management in the department of Management and Strategy at Rennes School of Business in France. He holds a PhD in management from Monash University (2003), Australia and in the past he held positions at Griffith University and Monash University. His research interests include workers’ security, industrial relations and the impact of new technologies on HRM theory and practice. Marco Michelotti has published in a number of outlets including The Industrial & Labor Relations Review, Human Resource Management Journal (Impact factor 5.03), the International Journal of Management Reviews (Impact factor 13.49), Human Relations (impact factor 3.043)and the European Journal of Industrial Relations.
