Dr Fabio Rizzi is an Assistant Professor at Rennes School of Business. He earned his PhD in Human Resource Management from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France. Prior to joining Rennes SB, he lectured at universities across Italy, France and the UK, and held roles as an HR Consultant and Learning & Development Specialist in the private sector. His research focuses on leadership and management development, with a particular emphasis on employee empowerment. Dr Rizzi has published in leading academic journals and is committed to fostering inclusive and effective organisational practices through his teaching and research.
