Juliet Armand is the Director of the Center for Learning Development at Rennes School of Business. She leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the academic experience through learner engagement, curriculum design, and continuous improvement. Her work focuses on teaching, learning and assessment, competency development, and alignment with international accreditation standards. Juliet collaborates closely with faculty and staff to support pedagogical innovation and ensure coherence across programs. She is particularly invested in developing inclusive and agile learning environments that respond to evolving educational needs. With a strong commitment to quality and collaboration, she contributes to shaping a learner-centered academic culture. Juliet also supports onboarding and professional development initiatives, fostering a dynamic and supportive workplace.
