Dr Lara Bertola is Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Rennes School of Business. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from ESCP Paris – University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a PsyD in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Turin. Her research explores occupational health, gender and diversity, psychodynamics of organizations, and social networks. She has published in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr Bertola teaches across undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels in HRM, diversity, and network analysis. She also supervises doctoral research and contributes to international projects on inclusive and healthy workplaces.
