Dr Seong-Young Kim is Professor of Management. He earned his Ph.D. in management from the emLyon in France. His research interests revolve around CSR and corporate strategy. He has experience teaching classes at different levels (undergraduate, graduate) in EMLYON and RSB.

He has published in leading journals including Energy Policy, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, Small Business Economics. Prior to joining academia, He worked for several years as an overseas business manager in the packaging and automation sector.
