Dr Ljupka Naumovska is Associate Professor of Marketing and Academic Director of the Master’s and PGE programs at Rennes School of Business. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University St. Cyril and Methodius (Skopje) and has over 15 years of academic and professional experience in digital marketing, integrated communication, and multigenerational consumer behavior. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in digital marketing, branding, and integrated communication, and has held visiting positions in Peru, India, Poland, the USA, Spain, and Slovakia.
Her research focuses on marketing to children and Gen Z, digital media influence, and influencer marketing, with publications in leading journals and edited volumes, and presentations at international conferences. She serves as a reviewer for academic journals and is editor of two e-books on marketing transformation during COVID-19. Alongside academia, she has led branding and communication projects for public and private organizations, including USAID, EU-funded projects, and government institutions, and has advised on political marketing. A recipient of fellowships from the U.S. State Department and JICA, she was named Woman Manager of the Year (2012) by the Macedonian Ministry of Economy and is actively engaged in mentorship, youth development, social responsibility, and gender equity initiatives.
