Dr Esra Paca is an Assistant Professor of Organisation Studies at Rennes School of Business. She earned her PhD in Organisation, Work and Technology from Lancaster University Management School. Before joining RSB, she taught at Özyeğin University in Turkey.

Her research explores the role of unconscious dynamics in organisations, gendered experiences in organisations, and women’s entrepreneurship. She teaches courses in Organisational Behaviour, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Her work has been published in journals such as Organization Theory and she is working on several research projects, contributing to the organisation, gender, critical management, social movement, entrepreneurship and business ethics studies.
