New rules for on-site presence

Category 1 face masks are strictly obligatory on the whole site. Students may only take off their mask whilst eating in the cafeteria. Artisinal fabric masks are not permitted. Disposable masks are available at the reception desk in case you forget, with FFP2 masks for those who can justify the need for one.
It is mandatory to maintaining social distancing on the whole site.
Hydroalcoholic gel is available in front of each entrance and at different points in the buildings.
Meetings or gatherings are limited to groups of up to 10 people. Any exception of a gathering of more than 10 people must be formally agreed by the General Management.
Smokers must use the different barnum tents provided outside for this purpose and respect obligatory social distancing.

The main reception will be open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm non-stop and the campus from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Access to the various buildings is only possible by scanning a badge or student card – newly-arrived international students who do not yet have their card will be issued a temporary badge. If you forget your badge, you must report to the main reception desk.
Access to the campus is now possible for students without an appointment.
Wherever possible, remote work should always be prioritised.
A maximum number of people is displayed in front of each building entrance and each available space. (classrooms or meeting rooms, associative spaces, cafeteria, learning center, meeting box).

To be category 1 approved, a mask must filter at least 90% of micro-particles larger than 3 microns (compared to 70% for a category 2 mask).
Category 1 masks include both category 1 approved fabric masks and disposable surgical masks that can be bought in most supermarkets and pharmacies.
To find out if your mask is category 1, simply refer to the information label on the packaging or one of the side of the mask. It must explicitly mention that the mask is classed as category 1. You can also consult the standardisation logo that was put in place at the start of the Covid-19 outbreak and adapted on 28 January 2021.
