Rennes School of Business’ international identity is part of what makes it so unique. The School particularly stands out for its multicultural faculty, 95% of whom are permanent international professors. As for the students, 55% come from abroad* and represent over 90 nationalities on campus.
The School has a strong network of over 350 partner universities throughout the world and is ranked in the top 25 of the U-multirank student mobility category.
At Rennes SB, a dedicated team in charge of international mobility assists students throughout their international exchange, from their registration in a host partner university and throughout their stay abroad. Each member of the team is responsible for a specific geographical area, meaning that they have the country-specific expertise to advise and guide the students in their sector.
From the 20-24 June 2022, the international mobility team from Rennes School of Business will welcome a group of representatives from different international partner universities and non-partner universities and spend a week growing the links between their institutions, while discovering the unique identity of the School, the city of Rennes and the wider region of Brittany.
The international mobility teams from other schools and universities are able to see what makes Rennes SB such an attractive destination for international students first-hand during their trip, enabling them to give their students a realistic idea of the School.
“Our institution is offering a week-long event on the Internationalisation of your school/university: good practices from 20-24 June 2022. The objective of this Staff Week is for approximately 30 Directors of International Mobility (faculty and staff) and/or International Mobility Officers to gain deeper knowledge through mutual sharing on how to become an attractive international school via several presentations and interactive workshops conducted in small groups, including topics such as geopolitics, our internationalisation journey, culture shock, good practices, recruitment and welcoming students and imagining studying abroad in the future. We will also offer cultural activities such as excursions to Mont-Saint-Michel and Saint Malo, a guided tour of Rennes, cooking and discovery of Breton cuisine.
This Staff Week will provide us with an opportunity to have participants discover our school, city and region, to reinforce relationships with current university partners and to explore the possibility of creating new partnerships.”
