Each year, the France Excellence Eiffel scholarship identifies and supports outstanding international students in pursuing their studies at top French higher education institutions, providing them with both academic recognition and financial support to study in France under optimal conditions.

This year, Rennes School of Business is proud to welcome a new laureate of the prestigious Eiffel scholarship programme: Dennis Cristian, who will join the School’s Master in Management programme.

The Eiffel scholarship grants its recipients a monthly allowance of approximately €1,200, alongside additional support services coordinated by Campus France, including assistance with arrival in France, accommodation guidance, administrative procedures, health and civil liability insurance, and visa-related support. Scholarship holders are granted the status of “French government scholarship student” for the duration of their award, which may extend up to 24 months depending on academic requirements.

A future student at RSB supported by the Eiffel programme

Originally a software engineering graduate, Dennis Cristian decided to broaden his academic path by pursuing a master’s programme in management with a strong international focus. During his global search for a programme aligned with his goals and values, he discovered Rennes School of Business through an article published by Campus France.

He was particularly drawn to the School’s international reputation, its membership of the French Conférence des grandes écoles, its triple-crown accreditation, its multicultural faculty, and the structure of the Master in Management programme, which offers a two-year curriculum with a wide range of cutting-edge second-year specialisations.

These elements, combined with RSB’s commitment to delivering a globally oriented management education, led him to apply to Rennes School of Business.

Dennis Cristian – France Excellence Eiffel laureate

As a recent software engineering graduate, I wanted to advance my skill set by pursuing a master’s programme focused on business on an international scale. During my worldwide research for a management programme that genuinely aligned with my goals and values, I had the opportunity to discover an article published by Campus France about a remarkable business school that stood out to me, the Rennes School of Business. Rennes School of Business has an outstanding reputation as an international institution that is a member of the French Conférence des grandes écoles with a Triple Crown accreditation, a notably multicultural faculty, and an exceptional two-year double degree Master in Management programme that offers a vast array of cutting-edge second-year specialisations. These notable facts and the school’s commitment to guaranteeing a management education with a strong international focus have led me to apply to the Rennes School of Business’ Master in Management programme. I am truly grateful to Campus France and to the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs for selecting me as a recipient of the France Excellence Eiffel scholarship, which will assist me in funding my academic journey, and to the Rennes School of Business for supporting my application.
