Behind the scenes of a major event

Whilst the 4L Trophy is famous for its rally across France, Spain and Morocco, few people know that Rennes School of Business has been co-organising the event alongside Désertours for over 25 years. Every year, students from the 4L Trophy Coordination association help prepare and ensure the smooth running of this event, which attracts several thousand participants.

The video offers an up-close look at those working behind the scenes. From the buzz of the start village in Biarritz to the tracks of the Moroccan desert, it reveals the behind-the-scenes story of a logistical, human and collective challenge of exceptional scale.

A human adventure above all else

Beyond the Moroccan landscapes and the adventure on the road, the 4L Trophy is a genuine learning experience. Students help organise a large-scale event, developing skills in project management, communication, logistics and teamwork, whilst contributing to a charitable mission supporting local communities. A hands-on experience that allows them to grow both personally and professionally.
