Our campuses
Our campuses in Rennes and Paris welcome students in environments conducive to success.
This new residence has been designed to meet the needs of students who want to live just a few steps away from their classrooms. Located directly on the Rennes School of Business campus, it will allow students to live in an environment that is conducive to both studying and student life.
The campus, characterised by its tree-lined spaces and open walkways, offers a living environment that is appreciated by students. Between classes, it is easy to meet up with classmates, chat or simply enjoy a moment of calm in the green spaces.
Living on campus also makes it easier to organise your daily life. Travel time is reduced, allowing you to devote more time to your studies, student projects or club activities.
The residence will offer furnished and fully equipped apartments so that students can settle in easily as soon as they arrive in Rennes.
Several services will also be available within the residence to support students’ everyday lives, including:
These facilities are designed to provide a practical and secure living environment tailored to students’ needs.
Rents will be capped at €650 per month for a 12-month lease, providing access to accommodation located directly on campus. The first students are expected to move in from 1 September 2026, before the start of the academic year.
Even when living on campus, students remain well connected to the city. The Pontchaillou metro station is about a ten-minute walk away and provides quick access to Rennes city centre.
The campus is also served by several bus lines and the STAR bike network, offering a range of options for getting around the Rennes metropolitan area with ease.
This location allows students to enjoy both a quiet living environment on campus and the excitement of a dynamic student city.
