Téléthon 2017: a check for € 30,413 awarded by Rennes School of Business students

The students of Fast Rennes, one of the 26 student associations of Rennes School of Business, presented on December 15, 2017, a check for € 30,413 to AFM Telethon. In 2016, € 23,259 were donated by Fast Rennes to the Telethon.

“Your dream, their hope”

Each year, Fast Rennes organizes passenger ride on the Bugatti circuit. The profits collected during this event entitled “Your dream, their hope” are collected for the benefit of AFM Telethon. Forty students from the Fast Rennes association and 90 amateur drivers took part on Saturday, December 9th, 2017, on the Bugatti circuit of Le Mans: € 30,413 was collected during this day.

This annual meeting has become a must in the region among people from very diverse backgrounds. Everyone can choose his car category and type of vehicle (sports car, premium car, exceptional car) according to his budget and desire. During this unique day, people affected by illness are also invited to ride on this world famous circuit, in a sports car driven by a qualified driver.

The AFM Telethon which brings together parents and patients, fights tirelessly against genetic, rare and severely disabling diseases. The presentation of the check to Mrs. Béatrice Tison, Telethon Manager for the Sarthe took place on Friday, December 15, 2017, at Rennes School of Business
